I am an experienced Registered and Credentialled Psychiatric Nurse. I am also a mum of two boys.

I am also a trained EMDR Therapist based in Melbourne, offering online EMDR Therapy.

Outside of my professional roles, I have started a not-for-profit and charity organisation ‘Homebirth Victoria’ and a popular birth story podcast following my own two homebirths. This is partly where my passion for maternity care comes from, and therefore why I offer birth debriefs.
