There is no Medicare rebate for Mental Health Nurses for psychological therapy.

Therefore, you do not need a mental health care/treatment plan or referral to see me.

Upon your request, I can work collaboratively with other health care professionals such as GPs

Alike all therapies, most things take time to work through. Some studies show that EMDR can achieve results quicker than other therapies.

In saying that, it is a very indiviual process and usually takes multiple sessions.

You may find purchasing a package of sessions helpful, if so please discuss this with me.
